At Team 6 training it is important that accurate and reliable dietary advice is given for weight management and sports fueling, your RMR is a measurement of how much calories your body has used after a few hours after a light meal without any prior activity and is the right amount of energy for normal body functions like breathing, circulating blood and building cells. Your RMR accounts for 60-75% of the total number of calories you burn each day.
Remember that all calorie counts are estimates. Even the calorie on every food packages is just estimated.
